Monday -- Weights for arms and shouldlers and 30 minutes (2 mile) walk on the treadmill
Tuesday -- Took off because my back was hurting really bad from the weights the day before.
Wednesday -- 5 mile run
Thursday -- 4 mile run (struggled; left leg hurts, really need new shoes)
Friday -- off
Saturday -- 6.2 miles, really really really really hot!
