Workouts for the week May 30th - June 5th

Monday - Jillian shred and 30 minute walk
Tueday - 5 miles
Wednesday - Jillian shred and 30 minute walk
Thursday - 5 miles
Friday - 4 miles
Saturday - Heights 5K (3.1 miles)
Sunday - off (but I'll be at the beach so I may run a few miles on the beach)
