Monday -- weights and cardio
edit 5/16 -- 20 minutes of pretty heavy weights (just on shoulders and arms); 30 minutes of cardio alternating walking and light jogging intervals
Tuesday -- 5 miles
edit 5/17 -- 5 miles outside at night; knee and calf felt weird, not painful, just annoying, I think I need new shoes.
Wednesday -- weights and cardio
edit 5/18 -- some weights and 30 minute (2 mile) walk on the treadmill
Thursday -- 5 miles
edit 5/19 -- had the kids play at school so took the day off
Friday -- off
edit 5/20 -- 5 miles
Saturday -- 6 or 7 miles
edit 5/21 -- 6.2 miles
Sunday -- 4 miles
edit 5/22 -- 4 miles
Total miles for the week 20.2
