Monday -- 5 miles
edit 5/2 -- 5.2 miles; beautiful weather 80 degrees but no humidity
Tuesday -- Got a new Jillian Michaels workout dvd "Ripped in 30" plus I'm gonna walk/run for 30 minutes
edit 5/3 -- did most of the dvd but not all of it and walked for 35 minutes
Wedneday -- 5 miles
edit 5/4 -- 5miles (garmin died about 1.5 miles into the run; I ran my 5 mile route so I know I did at least 5 miles, was probably more but we'll just go with 5)
Thursday -- Ripped dvd and 30 minutes on the treadmill
edit 5/5 -- legs still HURT from doing the ripped dvd on tuesday and then 5 miles on wednesday so I did an upper body circuit instead (3 rounds of 12 pushups, 12 bicep curls with 10lb weights, 16 tricep dips, 50 crunches) and then walked on the treadmill fo 35 minutes (a little over 2 miles)
Friday -- off
Saturday -- 7 miles
edit 5/7 -- 7.7 miles
Sunday -- 3 mile run
edit 5/8 -- 3.5 miles
Total miles for the week: 21.4 miles
