Workouts for the week of April 4th - 10th
Monday -- 3miles edit 4/4 -- 4 miles (3 mile run, 1 mile power walk after) Tuesday -- Yoga and abs edit 4/5 -- Yoga, and 10 minutes of abs Wednesday -- 5 miles edit 4/6 -- allergies bothering me, thought I may be starting to get a cold so I took the day off Thursday-- Strength, Abs, short run edit 4/7 -- 5 mile run Friday -- off/ gonna do yoga and abs since I took Wednesday off edit 4/8 took the day off Saturday-- 7 miles edit 4/9 -- 7.3 miles Sunday -- 3 miles edit 4/10 -- 2.8 miles plus a few sets of pushups and abs Total miles for the week: 18.1
